As the first person you’ll meet when you call or visit Health Insurance NW, I make sure clients and brokers have a smooth experience from start to finish. I manage scheduling and front office operations to keep everything running efficiently and ensure our team stays connected and supported.
I have been a part of the HINW team since 2022. I enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to make each interaction easier behind the scenes and client facing—whether that’s helping a client get the information they need or supporting our brokers in the background.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying the sunny outdoors or hunting for hidden gems at local thrift stores.
